A FORMER Oxford student who started her school career at Fairfield High was guest of honour at the school's certificate evening.
As well as presenting GCSE prizes and certificates, Laura McInerney gave pupils an en­couraging pep talk as many Fairfield High students ex- , pressed their aims to reach
   university.         
Laura, who is working at a management consultancy in Birmingham, said the key to her success was 'ambition. drive and determination'.
